BOOKING DETAILS

Please e-mail or ring Rainbow Faces office on 01952 244300 to check
travel fees, remember to include the destination of your party.

We respond to ALL enquiries within 48 hours unless our office is closed for
holiday period.

To book you can telephone or fax on the above number or e-mail the
following criteria.

*Your Name

*Your home address

*Telephone & mobile numbers

*Chosen Entertainments

*Location of party address

*How many children (If package)

*Birthday child(s) names & ages

*Dates & times of your party

In return we will confirm that we have received your booking then post out 2
copies of a confirmation within 10 working days.

You must check that all the information is recorded correctly any errors
please amend then post back in envelope provided with any asked
deposits.

Once your deposit is received a statement will be posted.

Final balances will need to be received at the office 7 days prior to your
party booking. Customers have the opportunity to pay by credit card (We
do charge £1.25 per credit card transaction)

ON THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY

Entertainers will arrive 15-20 minutes before the party begins to set
up any equipment in good time.

*Please note, if you are booking a face painter or make-up Artiste
approx 25 children can be painted in a 2 hour party per face painter
or 14 children for a make over party.

All face paints are passed by FDA approval.
